How to remove Weatherbug

Weatherbug came loaded with my computer. I never really care for it. It's alway sending me meaningless weather reports. Should I remove the program? If so, tell me the best way to get rid of the entire program?

Goto to start button, settings, control panel and click on add and remove programs.

Scroll down to Weatherbug and click remove.
