Norton is saying is a malicious virus is "bartshel.exe". Is this related to PeoplePC?

I'm having a problem with Norton Antivirus. The program that Norton is saying is a malicious virus is "bartshel.exe". Is this related to PeoplePC?

It means BARTSHEL crashed Hard to say why or how If you're not a PeoplePC user, delete it If you are, contact PeoplePC.
