Netscape Browsers

I love using Netscape browsers, out of the mainstream so to speak. After Installing the latest Netscape browser, I have all of the icons in my XP pro system, but every time I click on the Netscape icon, I get a temporary hourglass, that soon dissapears, and no response from the Netscape program. Am I missing something in XP that needs to be disabled, or is it just proprietary Microsoft?

Thanks, Lloyd Watkins
