Picture It

I had installed on my computer Picture It! publishing that had an option to cut out areas of pictures. I could then paste them in other pictures. I got DSL with MSN Premium and the MSN premium automatically installed picture it Express version 9 which no longer has that option. The new Picture it replaced the "Picture it! Publishing". I tried to find an upgrade for the Picture it! Publishing that has that option but can't seem to find any that is sold any longer. Could you find out if Microsoft has any version of Picture it! with that option that will work with my system?

Picture It! 9 should have this function I have version 7 and it has the crop feature in format - crop - canvas.
