How can I stop the Netscape dial-up box from popping up all the time?

I use netscape dial-up. When I am not connected to the internet, the netscape dial-up box pops up. When I close it, a few minutes later it automatically pops up again. How can I make it stop popping up all the time?

To solve this problem you need to disable autodialing To do this follow the steps below.

1) Right-click "Internet Explorer"

2) Click on "Properties"

3) Click on the "Connections" tab

4) Choose "Never dial a connection"

5) Click "Apply" and then "OK"

This should fix your problem.
