Why does my computer reboot itself?

My computer just takes spell and the screen will completely go black and it will reboot by itself when this happens. I have no idea what it is or what to do. Can you help me?

This is being cause by a Power Supply problem You must check and make sure that there aren’t to many devices using the same house circuit If you don’t already have one get a power serge protector And if you do, then the problem lies in the power supply of the Computer in which case it needs to be replaced
