My husband messed with the color on the monitor and now no matter how we try to reset it back to 16 bit high color, it goes back to 16 bit color, and I can barely make anything out. I do hit apply, to no avail. Can you help me?

You have tried t he following

1 Right click on the desktop.

2 Click on properties

3 Click on the settings tab

4 Under color click and highlight (High color (16 bit))

5 Click apply

Try this on the bottom of the screen there are two buttons one said (Troubleshoot) the other said (Advanced)

1 Click on advanced

2 When the window opens click on the ADAPTER tab

3 Under Adapter Type click on properties

4 When the window opens read the small box it should tell you what’s wrong If there is something wrong with the driver there is a tab that said driver on it and it will give you a information the driver installed on your PC.

5 Then click on the resource tab and choose the driver from there The rest is pretty simple.
