Backing up or saving information to a CD, is a great way to save a lot of information in one place In order to save your files to a CD you must have a CD-RW drive in your machine.

There are a few different ways to backup files.

On the left-hand side of your screen double click on the folder where the files that you want to backup reside

Once you have double clicked on your folder, the files in that folder will appear on the right hand side of your screen

Select the files or folders that you want to backup If you want to backup all of the information in a folder, choose Edit, and thenSelect All If you want to backup only a few files, click the first file, then hold down the CTRL key while clicking additional files.

Once you have selected the files/folders that you wish to backup, click on Edit at the top of the screen, and then click Copy

Scroll up or down on the left hand side of your screen and click on the CD ROM drive

The CD-ROM Drive letter is sometimes D:, E:, G: H
