Why do I keep getting this message

Hi. Every 15 seconds or so, a this message comes up, and I don't know why. I am on Windows ME. Please help me. Everytime this message comes up, I can't do anything except press Ok.

The screenshot is almost unreadable, however it suggests that there is a problem with the way your network, or devices on the network are set up.

Each PC or Router etc has an IP address Each has to have a unique address in the same range The message is very clear, telling you that 2 devices are claiming the one address and one has been disabled.

You need to describe your setup, as it needs reconfiguring.
