Game runs for a while then freezes?

I am playing a game over the internet, the game runs for a while then freezes and resets and then loosing all the points I made in the game, others in the game can get to a higher score, but when I play the game always after a certain number of score it happens. What could be the problem?

It could be that your system lacks the required memory Even if you can access and play the game for a period of time, as the game progressesit may require more memory Parts of the game's software maybe 'fighting' for the same 'limited' resources causing your problem.

The software for the game may simply have a bug in it.
