My E drive says to insert a disk when there is already one in the drive. I have tried following the owner's manual and have emailed Dell about it, which got me eight pages about buying quality disks and such.
The E drive will not recognize any CD, pre-recorded, or blank.
It came from Dell this way and is still under warranty.
