I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I accidentally tried to send a large messaege via Hotmail. Because the message is too large, Hotmail won't transmit it. I cannot delete, open, alter, or move the message: Outlook always responds by saying "Cannot [function] this message. Outlook has already begun transmitting." It's essentially this problem mentioned on your site, but the solution posted is unworkable because you can't open the message either.

I've tried restarting the computer, repairing Outlook, and have also attempted to delete the Outbox folder (a solution when this happened with Outlook 2000) but have been unable to do the latter.
