I have Windows XP and recently added more memory to my computer. Every time I'm in my yahoo email and I try to click on a link, the computer freezes, I can't move the screen up and down, the stop button doesn't work and eventually, it zaps me out entirely, closes my email and I'm back to my desktop window. What's going on? This all of a sudden happened; I've run my antivirus test and there were none. Clicking links in other programs does the same thing so it's not just my email. Thanks for your help.
