Why my wife message doesn't forward

My Wife has a email address thru her work at a school,when she tries to forward the message doesn't forward it just comes up blank except for her signature.can you give me any suggestions.Thank you

Is the message being turned into an attachment?? Sometimes when I forward a message, I click on the forward link and get the page to send the message to my friends but all that appears is the email of the person who sent it to me The message is an attachment and I can't change any of it What ever message she wants to forward and compose a new message, paste her text into that and send it A bit of a pain and I don't know why it converts the message into an attachment (if that's what is happening).
