What is the program D3GE32.EXE?

what is the program D3GE32.EXE? It is located in the startup folder under msconfig and has the address C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\D3GE32.EXE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think it may be some sort of spyware or other self installing program You may need to use hijack this to get rid of it Search google for hijack this, there is plenty of help for this available
