I have a Gigabyte GA-7NNXP board and a AMD 2600 barton CPU want to install a AMD 3200 barton, Will I have to change the BIO's or Do a Complete Reinstall of XP? The board can handle all socket A cpu's

You should get away without a full reinstall although XP will think it's been copied to another machine and so will force a reactivation, which is fairly painless Don't believe the thirty day warning, chances are it will insist on day 2 by refusing to let you log on and it will stoically ignore your internet setup and make you do it over the telephone.

You might want to thin about upgrading your heatsink for the 3200 If Actic Copper Silent is available in your part of the world, it's the one I'd recommend.
