Having problems saving pictures as screen savers?

Can you save a picture as a .jpg, .bmp, etc... from a screensaver? If so, how?

When the screensaver displays the image you want to capture, just press the "Print Screen" key (located at the top, right of your keyboard - but to the left of the num pad.) This will save a bmp image to your clipboard Then just open your image editing software (or paint) and paste the image.
