How to stop my slow brower?

dear sir

i am observing now that i am having slow browsing, what may be the reason? because with the same system, service etc i was observing fine browsing all of the sudden it has gone slow. I have updated AVG antivirus and adware also to remove viruses and spasms i am usinf win xp.zaid
