Changing address for emailing files

I'm using XP Pro.

When I highlight a file, then choose "email this file" under file and folder options, it is automatically sent using one of my email adresses, but I want to change it to a different one. How do I do that?

If you are using OE as your mail client, you can add the other e-mail address to the client and when the mail window opens to send the file, a drop down menu will allow you to select a different address other than your default address.
