Receiving Address Book Only

Anyone know how to receive e-mail from people in the address book only in outlook express? This way I won't receive anything from anyone else? Or do you know of a similar program I can use that will delete it from my server before I get it? Spam sucks

You can create a message rule, where the from line contains contacts in your address goes to a specific folder There is a selection in the message rule that says where the name "does not contain", and that is where I put all my address book names in there then I selected delete from server or do not download from server If I select do not download from server, at least I can look at them first, by logging on to my internet provider, then delete them myself I knew there had to be something.. thanks.
