I'm running Windows98 SE, which was updated from Windows95, with IE 6.0. I have deleted the c:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files, however there is a sub folder titled: Content.IE5. This folder and its sub folders are huge and don't seem to be affected when the Temporary Internet Files are deleted. Should it be there, or should it be deleted?

The folder and sub folder should be there you can delete all files in them.

If you want to delete the Content.IE5 sub folders that's okay too...they will be rebuilt upon reboot.
