Low virtual memory error

hi

I am using win2000 server

when ever i restart my pc error of low virtual come

and my hard disk start reading continously

plzzz help me

Right mouse click My Computer and go to properties Click on the advanced tab Click on the performance button Click on the change button under Virtual Memory.
