How to access webpages?

When I access webpages, they turn into computer code instead of the actual webpage. It only started doing this after I loaded SystemSuite 5 on my computer. I have tried turning off my firewall to no avail. Do I have a virus causing this? If not, how can I fix this problem? Thank you for your help.
