I began installing a software cd for a MP3 Player. Part way through a message came up saying "this software has not been approved by Microsoft-do you want to continue?" ( or something similar). I decided to stop and do some investigating whether to install or not. After a week of checking I decided to go ahead and install. Now the Install Set-up Wizard comes up and asks if I want to uninstall. If I click yes - it says maintenance finished. If I click no - it says maintenance finished. Unable to install this software now. I have Norton Clean Sweep that monitors all downloads and uninstalls the same. I have uninstalled through Norton Clean Sweep but still the software will not install. Any suggestions? Thanks.

The answer to this is simple Do you have a CDRW drive or CD recorder? You need to have a CDRW drive or CD recorder before you can use our software (It needs a special laser found in the CD recorder drives.)

If that is not the answer then try downloading the latest version of the software cd.
