Reinstalling

my system restore pack will not work, is there any other way of clearing everything from my computer and re-installing windows 98, as everything is slow, keeps crashing,keep getting error messages( iam a complete novice but was quoted £100,which i be-gruge paying) iam very confident about following instructions so please if you can fire away...

You can clear everything from your computer and reinstall your computer by booting your computer with a CD boot which most likely comes with your computer.
