Just recently an icon showed up in my systray that looks like a monitor with a blue screen. I cannot close it. If I right click it shows a graphic "Intel (R) Extreme Graphics 2. What is it and did it come with the computer? I noticed it is listed in the ADD & REMOVE section of the control panel. Is it safe to remove this program?

It sounds to me that the icon on your systray of the monitor with blue screen is the Intel graphics card installed in your computer Don't try to remove it!
