What is Mancore.dll?

The computer gives us an error message as follows: Mancore.dll missing, Wcs 2000.

What does this mean and is it fixable?

If compuserve is your ISP then you should call the support number and ask them what they know about this.What I would do up against a wall of 'no-info' is just do some basic maintenance and see if you can catch from another angle:

Are you updated? Windows, Me, IE, Outlook (settings affect IE even if you don't use Outlook), AV, running anti-spyware?

Mancore.dll is a Crash that is formed from Aol and yes it is fixable go to dllfix.net
