Why can't I receive any emails?

People send me emails with attachments and I open the email--the attachment is open in the body of the email. When I go to forward it to Anybody, nothing comes through to them. Do I have some settings wrong?

) Try going into the settings for the pop account and checkbox the box for authentication See if that works If it doesn't there is the possibility that your pop account requires encryption If so (check with your provider) then you're out of luck because ogo doesn't support encryption (yet).

2) This scenario is for if you aren't gettting your mail but also aren't getting any errors Make sure that when you leave the house with your ogo, that you close your desktop email client Emails will NEVER et to your ogo if your desktop is sitting there downloading them all There is a window of opportunity of course that your ogo might pick them up before your desktop does, but as soon as the desktop DOES download them, the ogo is designed to atuomatically delete them from its inbox.
