How to remove the menu that Internet Explorer sets up when you open many pages.

Could anyone let me know how to remove the menu that Internet Explorer sets up when you open many pages.

If you're referring to the 'group similar taskbar buttons' feature, just right-click on the taskbar, get properties, then uncheck it.
