How to update the video driver in Windows ME.

Question

We,ve had a few problems with the new driver for the video card.

we think we have that sorted out now but my wife discovered that we can,t create "New Folder" from right clicking the mouse and she can,t arrange her photos by clicking on the "thumbnail " option.

Both "Create New Folder" and "View as Thumbnail" seem to have gone from our right clicking option.

Can,t find it in FILE EDIT VIEW TOOLS or HELP on the bar at the top of the screen.

How can we restore these options.

Thanks.

RALPH.
