Hi ....

My question is that i want to add another DIMM memory in my pc which is currently running on

128 MB. SO i think i should buy the second hand as i will upgrade next year

My questions are :

My current memory is TwinMoss 133 SDR , so i can intall other brands or the same

what the easiest way to check memory ?

Using the same model or at least brand is the most secure way It's not usual with SD Ram but sometimes two modules just will not work together!

But I suggest at least 256MB or even better an upgrade to full 512MB Did this a year ago on my neighbors PIII 800MHz and it runs quite a bit faster!

For testing download memtest86 and run it for a few hours!
