Is your laptop still under warranty ?

I didnt use mi laptop since the last week...but as soon i spent an hour surfing the internet.its shuted down by itself....something come in my screem ..a message.....it was because something about the ventilation.and i have to calll Dell and tell them some message error..but after that..and i turn it over..and it was hot....but i was trying to turn it on..again.and the laptop dont want do it...my friend told me maybe maybe its had some dust inside and that's why the ventilator inside the laptop doesnt want to work...i dont really know..any help?

It does sound like it overheated.

If the laptop is under warranty I would just send it back to Dell.
