Need your password?

Question

There is a password I need to find. It goes to an account that is set up on my computer through an outside source (ex. hotmail, mail.com etc.). The password is not saved through the auto save. Is there somewhere on the computer i can go to retrieve it, even if it is encrypted? I have Cain but can't figure out how to make it find it. Please help. It is very important i retrieve this account.
