New Hardware

I installed a new driver. When I put it in, the board next to it came loose. I put it back in, but now the computer stops when it is booting up and says it found a new display item and wants me to go to the control panal and install the new hardware. How can I get to the control panal when the computer is not booted up? The screen is all black and the request is in a box?

You have to be a little more specific on your question First, I need to know what new hardware was installed in your computer? Second, you said the board next to it came loose What board are you talking about?
