Have you tried using spy ware blaster?

I have this annoying adware/spyware on my computer called Bullseye network. I have tryed deleteing manually and through an adware remover but it keeps reinstalling its self. Can someone please help to delete this irritation.

Spyware blaster prevents junk from even getting into the system.

and also try this

Clean out the browser cache files and cookies first, and after removal empty your recycle bin.
