Blank pop-ups?

When pop ups come up it comes up with the box but its just blank inside ( white) and this happens when i click on links and other internet programs. at the bottom of my main internet page ( bottom left were it normally says done etc) it says error on page. Please help!!!

I suspect this is an IE issue It sounds like a scripted pop-up that is

allowed, but the content of said pop-up is filtered or blocked by

content advisor or some other ad killer you've installed, although when

I've seen these, I don't recall them being labeled "about:blank".
