Did you Try checking your settings in IE ?

When ever anyone posts photos on the forums I visit and the little red "x" appears, for some reason, I cannot open these. I right click on the X and get the box "show picture" and nothing happens. What's the answer for this?

Try checking your settings in IE:

From the Menu Bar > Tools > Internet Options > click on the Advanced Tab > scroll down till you see the Multimedia section Check to make sure Show Pictures has a check mark in the box.
