WHILE ON MY COMPUTER I GOT AN ERROR MESSAGE WINDOWS HAS EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM IT WILL NEED TO SHUT DOWN TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO FILES. IT SHUTS DOWN. THEN WHEN I TRY TO TURN THE COMPUTER BACK ON IT BOOTS UP THEN IT GETS STUCK ONA BLANK SCREEN WITH A FLASHING CURSOR AT TOP LEFT, I CAN'T TYPE OR DO ANYTHING IN THAT MODE. IT DOESN'T GO TO THE DESKTOP OR ANYTHING.

You should consider rolling your computer back to an earlier time there two ways to accomplish this

1 the first way is to restart your computer, during startup push the F5 button; choose the menu option to go back to last known good configuration

2 from the start, program, accessories, system tools, click on system; once in the system window choose system restore this will restore your computer back to the time before there were problems.
