Have you considered upgrading?

Hi I have a dimond video card and my counterstrike runs slow what would i have to do to Make it not lag. I had Zone Alarm and CS open and it was freeking lagging i couldnt evan aim!

Close anything that you don't need open and turn your detail levels down If it is still running to slow for you, you may want to consider upgrading.
