How to get video signal to my computers?

this problem has plagued my shop too long. various computers i have are not putting out any video signal i know its not the monitor and i have tried some very high end video cards including a radeon 9800 and its not them either because i know they work(i pulled them out of a working computer)this problem has happened on a techmedia system gateway tower and a hewlett packard tower and various computers in the compaq deskpro series please help me

If you are certain that the monitor has nothing to do with signal problems, and you have exhausted all you other options First check and test the outlet that you are plugging the systems into to make sure it works Secondly, verify the systems that are giving you these signal problems is compatible with the video cards that you have installed (The video drivers are correctly installed in the computer) Then, check the video connection port, which could also be the possible source of the problem.
