What I would recommend, if you don't want to start completely over (because you will

if you uninstall win2k), is to switch the boot order and set the timeout to 1 second

or 0 seconds by modifying the boot.ini file.

Like this:

1 Right click 'My Computer'

2 Left click 'Properties'

3 Click the 'Advanced' tab

4 Click 'Settings' under Startup and Recovery

5 Click the Drop-Down to select XP as the default OS

6 set time to display list of operating systems to 0 or 1 second.

7 OK, Apply, OK, Reboot It should boot straight to xp.
