How to stop my computer from randomly restarting?

My computer randomly restarts sometimes. This is a reoccuring problem . I have changed my power supply and my video card but these did not help the problem. The ambient temperature stays around 75.2 F so i do not think it is a cooling problem. I have reformatted my computer with a different OS. I have changed my antivirus protection. None of these work. Any suggestions?

First, update your BIOS to the most recent available for your motherboard If that doesn't do the trick, then update your OS also.
