C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\RICHED 32.DLL

"AN ACCESS VIOLATION OCCURRED WHILE

COPYING THE FILE"

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\MSCVCRT40.DLL

"AN ACCESS VIOLATION OCCURRED WHILE

COPYING THE FILE"

The problem has to do with the Setup program itself It is simply trying to install the latest versions of various drivers on your machine They are, however in use (running) on your system while the Setup program is trying to run Although it may not seem like you have any other programs running, you may and not know it (a screen saver, virus protection program, background printing system, memory manager etc could be active in the background).

Solution:

Re-install the software and select IGNORE to any messages that are presented to you If this does not work then re-install the software after closing all background programs but EXPLORER Do this by hitting CTRL-ALT-Delete to bring up the "Close Program" window and close some of the applications that are running by highlighting each and selecting "End Program" (one at a time) Leave Explorer still running Then re-install the software This should solve your problem
