My Microsoft Word program will not open (launch) unless I am connected to the internet.

Question

Simply put: My Microsoft Word program will not open (launch) unless I am connected to the internet. If I try to open Word with my internet(cable) connection closed, Word will freeze and not open. I do NOT have the original CD to reload.

Thank you...
