Why doesn't the E drive work?

My E drive doesn't work.

Recently I had "CD-Writer+" installed in the drive below E'drive.

Also, I have trouble opening E drive. I have to open it with a paper clip inserted in the small hole to the left of the button.

There may be a problem with the power connection to the "E" drive Open the case and check and power supply.
