How to make yahoo the default homepage?

I'm unsure on computer componentss. Please advise on how to get my yahoo home page to return and stay... this page with tag at bottom in bold red says click here to delete spyware. please advise 480-986-9546

Use the following steps to make your specific website your default homepage:

1. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools" menu.

2. Click on the "General" tab.

3. In the "Home page" section, type "http://www.google.com/" in the text box.

4. Click "OK."
