why wont my windows start up when i turn on my computer?
This question was answered on January 4, 2005. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.
Turn the unit off Then turn the unit on
At the second screen start tapping the F8 key.
When ask; select "Safe Mode"
If your unit boots; your problem is a driver issue.
If your unit does not boot; you have a hardware issue.
Driver issues can be fixed in Safe Mode Simply upgrade them.
Hardware issues can be fixed by changing the hardware in question; or changing the OS.
if when you press f8 and it doenst work do this:
