How to find a windows 98se installation disk

My question is this: Where can I find a98se disk .My computer never came with one ,it was a rebuilt one .They never gave me a copy of the Disk and Now I need one .I even tried to make a start up disk from my computer and who ever rebuilt this computer fixed it where i couldn't even make a copy of it. So I was wondering where I could find one.
