Every time I start my computer an error message appears

Every time I start my computer an error message appears reading-

"Error Loading C:\Program Files\Wild Tangent\APPS\CDA\cdaEngine0400.dll

I ran spybot, adaware, and anti virus software, how do I remove this please.

Some how this File was deleted, what you need to go to this site

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?cdaEngine0400

And download the DLL file and place it right in the CDA Folder
