Problem with the Add/Remove programs?

In the Add/Remove Program in the control panel,I've removed several programs but there is still an entry on the screen,except the change/remove button is gone.

How do I remove them. Thank you for your assistance.

If you cannot remove any program from you computer, you can use a software that is free for you to get This is a Program Remover, you can go to the next website:

www.download.com

At the search window, write: program remover, you'll get a list of many of them I recommend you Add/Remove 1.0, it's free and effective.
